Lasting Powers of Attorney
I am able to prepare Lasting Powers of Attorney for both Personal Welfare and Property and Affairs due to my long experience in the legal sector. I am also fully competent in the registration of both Enduring Powers of Attorney and Lasting Powers of Attorney. I advise all my clients to make Lasting Powers of Attorney so that in the event of illness, injury or old age they have someone to manage their affairs on their behalf. If an EPA/LPA is not in place and mental capacity is lost, then obtaining a Court Order can be a costly process - Court fees alone are £400 and legal fees can be in the region of £800 plus VAT.
